Why Do Women Cheat?

After yesterday's post - 'Why Do Men Cheat?' the guys came at me with guns a-blazing on BBM (I wonder why they didn't come to the blog. Wusses!) claiming that women cheat too. If we're being honest, they're right - women do cheat - and they want to know why. They also claimed that when men cheat, they only do it on the physical level but, women are worse because they cheat on several levels - physically, emotionally, mentally, intellectually, financially etc Hehehe. Girls, you need to help me out here... Is this true?



Anyhoo, here are some of the excuses I could come up with in trying to save your ars*s because you know, I'm faithful *adjusts halo*



1) Vengeance - Yeah, karma is supposed to get the cheating men but sometimes karma just doesn't come fast enough. So, the women take matters into their own hands. Remember newton's third law - For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction? Except that sometimes in this kind of situations, the revenge is "more equal" than the crime.

2) Loneliness - For the Men that leave their wives/family in a different country (or city for that matter) for whatever reason... hmmm! Same goes for long distance relationships. Don't buy a car if you won't drive it. Have you forgotten that the car needs to be warmed up every once in a while to keep it intact?

3) Boredom - You already know what they say about the idle mind and the devil's workshop which is already bad enough. Worse is when the devil's workshop is another man's arms.

4) An old flame - Every action can be re-actioned if the opportunity presents itself and the actioner and the actionee agree that the old action was good enough to be re-actioned anew. #TheGirlfriendsLaw #IntimacitiLaw 

5) Emotional needs -  Guys, don't underestimate the power of the frequent calls and messages and generally bonding with your lady. You gotta stay connected emotionally and otherwise, else you'll create a void for someone else to fill. Pick your phone now and call or send a mushy text message. Seriously!

6) Lack of attention/appreciation - The small things count! Notice her new hair, new nails, new makeup, new lashes, new shoes, new jeans... etc and pay compliments (try and sound as sincere as possible) If you're in doubt, assume everything is new. Trust us on this one. It's better to think it's new and be wrong than to assume it's old and pay no compliments.

7) Lack of romance - Guys, don't kid yourselves. Even after a million years, you still have to keep acting like you're toasting that babe or she'll seek the thrill somewhere else... looking for butterflies. Those butterflies in her tummy you awakened at the beginning have to be kept alive and fluttering. 

8) Lack of appreciation - Women always want approval from their men. They want to know that they still got "it" where you're concerned. If you don't provide that approval, they'll pay more attention to whoever provides it. 

9) Drunk mistakes - All I'll say is never leave your drunk girl alone or worse... with another man(or woman. Hehehe). Worst - with another drunk man (or drunk woman. LOL!) Don't say you were not told.

10)  Feeling misunderstood - If a girl starts feeling like you don't understand her, that's the beginning of your problems. You'll become the guy she talks about, to the guy who actually understands her and comforts her and makes her feel better. O.Y.O is your case.

11) Experiments - The quest for something new... or different. I'm not sure but I think this is how bisexuals are made. Any thoughts?

12) Fear of breaking up - A woman who doesn't want to be with you but afraid to let go for whatever reason(*side eye* at violent men), will stay but don't you wonder how she's able to get through each torment of a day with you? *sealed lips*

13) Dissatisfaction - You're not doing what she wants in bed and that's all we'll say on this one. *readjusts halo* Communicate!
