50 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
20 BURPEES
20 PUSH UPS
30 PLANK TO PUSH UPS
50 SIDE SKI JUMPS
1 MINUTE FLOOR SPRINT
4 X 30 SECOND PLANK
30 FLOOR/CHAIR TRICEP DIPS
